Administrators manage the operations of the company by handling customer inquiries, supervising inventory, and overseeing billing and payments.   • At minimum one year experience in an office environment
  • Experience with office equipment and processes
  • Ability to keep and maintain confidential records
  • Experience with CRM software pertaining to inventory, invoices and payment processing
  • Handling inbound and outbound communication with staff and customers
  • Detail and accuracy oriented data entry processing
  • Punctual and professional demeanor
  • Schedule coordinating and completion
